Cancellations and Refunds:
Refunds are available for services canceled more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled service date.
If you wish to cancel and request a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. -
Within 7 Days of Service:
Cancellations or refund requests made within seven (7) days of the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund. This is because we reserve time and resources specifically for your appointment. -
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your service, we are happy to accommodate you with advance notice. Please contact us as early as possible to find a new time that works for you. -
Service Satisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction.
